All luxury fragrances and products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Because our scents are produced in curated batches, items may sell out. We reserve the right to modify, limit the order quantity of, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payments
- UAE VAT Compliance: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the 5% United Arab Emirates Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, in accordance with UAE federal law.
- Currency & Adjustments: All prices are listed in the displayed currency. We reserve the right to change our fragrance pricing at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations, luxury ingredient availability, or cost changes.
- Secure Transactions: Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. By submitting your order, you confirm you are authorized to use the designated payment method and permit us to charge the total order amount to that method.
4. Orders & Shipping
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee final fulfillment if stock issues arise.
- Shipping times are estimates and vary depending on your location.
- Venezia Perfumes is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping couriers, postal disruptions, or customs clearance processes.
5. No-Refund & Return Policy
Due to the delicate and personal nature of luxury fragrances, Venezia Perfumes enforces a strict Final Sale policy.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changed minds, or a dislike of a specific scent profile.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If a fragrance bottle arrives broken, leaking, or if the incorrect item was sent, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. In these verified instances, we will issue a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional and discount codes must be applied in the designated field at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been finalized.
- Each promotional code is valid for a limited time, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and may only be used once per customer.
- We reserve the right to cancel any promotional campaign or reject the misuse of discount codes at our absolute discretion.
